BETA International launches travel packages
A new Travel Service is set to make getting to BETA International even easier in 2009.
Visitors to the three-day equestrian and country trade exhibition, held each February at the NEC, Birmingham, UK, can save time and possibly money by taking advantage of the service.
BETA International is simple to reach via road, rail or air. By using the one-stop-shop Travel Service, co-ordinating flights, train journeys, car hire and hotel bookings can be arranged with minimum effort.
Other options include airport transfers, taxis and airport assistance for elderly or disabled travellers, plus the booking of private airport lounges to await transfers in comfort.
For those wishing to combine a visit to BETA International with a longer business trip or holiday break, theatre tickets, restaurant tables and other leisure activities can be incorporated into individually-tailored itineraries.
The new service is offered via Reservation Highway, a leading travel and hotel reservation specialist with eight years' experience in the conference and exhibition industry.
"We source the best rates and do all the work. Our administration fees are no more than would be charged by a local travel agent," said Susan Manton of Reservation Highway.
The introduction of a complete Travel Service is designed to meet the needs of BETA International's increasingly diverse visitor profile from the global equestrian, country, pet and outdoor markets.
"Our aim is to facilitate convenient, door-to-door travel to anyone visiting BETA International from anywhere in the world," said Claire Thomas, commercial manager of exhibition organiser EMC.
BETA International offers free car parking with free shuttle bus links to outside the exhibition hall. There is a wide choice of hotels nearby.
