BETA International main sponsor Neue Schule will announce the winner of its new Social Media Award at the 2018 trade fair. The company has introduced the competition to reward and celebrate excellence in social media practice displayed by Neue Schule stockists.
The winning retailer will be presented with their prize by a Neue Schule representative on the Fashion Show stage on Sunday 21 January as part of the show's awards ceremony. The lucky winner will receive £500 RRP worth of Neue Schule products for their store and £500 worth of equestrian clothing and equipment for the member of staff responsible for the company's social media accounts.
“We introduced the competition after noticing the way in which retailers interact with their customers had evolved. Over the past few years, more and more of them are recognising the power and value of embracing social media as a route to communicate directly and immediately with customers.” said Neue Schule CEO Sarfraz Mian. ”We have seen some excellent examples of social media initiatives undertaken by Neue Schule product stockists and wanted to encourage retailers to be creative and really start to incorporate the use of social media marketing in their normal day to day activities.”
