How do I register to visit BETA International?

You can register online, registration is free of charge.

Do I need to register to enter the show?

Yes. You will need to register for the show, either on arrival or prior to the event.  Registering in advance is the quickest and easiest way, as once you’ve registered, we’ll email your e-ticket.   

If you can’t print your e-ticket, simply make a note of the Badge Reference Number and bring it along to one of the manned registration points at the show, or if you have a smartphone, then you can scan this at one of the special barcode scanners.

I have lost my eticket and visitor reference details. Do I need to re-register?

No, simply click on BETA registration and login to your account.  This will take you to your registration Summary page, which has all the details of your booking.  If you have forgotten your password, click the reset link and follow the prompts.  If you have any problems, just call us on 01937 582111 and we can access your details and resend your confirmation email.

How much does it cost?

Registration and entry to BETA International is completely free of charge.  We also offer all visitors:

  • Free participation in all seminars and demonstrations
  • Free parking
  • Free show catalogue within Equestrian Trade News magazine with full listings of all exhibitors
  • Free Wi-Fi


Can I bring a colleague or guest?

Yes; you can bring along as many people as you wish, but they must be members of the trade and registered to visit – either on the day or in advance.  Registering a colleague is easy.  Simply click on the link in your confirmation email or login to your account.  Either way, you will be directed to your registration summary page.  Once on this page, either click on the ‘Invite’ active link or scroll to the ‘Invite a colleague’ button and enter their email address and click the ‘Invite via email’ link.

Is BETA International open to the general public?

No.  BETA International is a trade-only event; it’s open to retailers, distributors, manufacturers or other professionals in the equestrian supplies market and admission is at the discretion of the exhibition organiser. Please see Admissions Policy for further details.

Can I bring my dog or other pets to the show?

Unfortunately dogs (except Registered Assistance Dogs) or other animals are not allowed into the show halls. Please make arrangements for their care prior to arriving at the show. 

Are children allowed into the show?

As this is a trade event children under 16 years of age can be admitted to the show, however they must be accompanied by a responsible adult.

What are the opening times?

What refreshments facilities are at the show? Do you cater for special diets?

NAEC Stoneleigh offers a variety of hot and cold food, snacks and drinks.

What are the car parking facilities for visitors at the venue?

There is plenty of free car parking spaces for visitors to BETA International.

Car parking is free of charge for exhibitors & visitors.

What access and facilities do you have for disabled visitors?

Disabled parking is available in front of Hall 2

There are accessible toilets within the Gents and Ladies in the Grandstand Suite (Entrance Hall) and also an additional separate toilet.

There is free WIFI available - Visitors can log on to NAEC_Public and follow the instructions.
