Graduated as a vet in 2015 and spent several years in equine practice, first in Belgium and then in the UK. Over that time, I obtained postgraduate qualifications by the universities of Bristol and Liverpool, and achieved Certified Advanced Veterinary Practitioner status with the Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons. Seeking to specialize in equine nutrition, I moved to the equine feed sector in 2021 and worked as a veterinary technical advisor for Audevard Laboratories  until 2023, whilst I was studying for my MBA. Since 2023, I have been working for D&H Equine, currently as Head of Veterinary, Equine Health and Performance. My daily job focuses on creating bespoke nutritional plans for elite customers, collaborating with equine vets across Europe and beyond on planning clinical nutrition diets, and supporting all the teams across D&H with any matters regarding veterinary science and technical nutrition advice. I also coordinate the engagement and support that D&H provides to several research projects by UK universities, and represent the brand at equestrian and feed industry events, as well as within the international equine veterinary community.
