With the given number of exhibitors and contractors due onsite we are anticipating it to be busy. To ensure a hassle free process of having your items delivered to and from the show please take the time to read the below link to avoid any issues.

We do strongly recommend you use our appointed forwarding contractor, Exhibit 3Sixty Logistics, for any deliveries during the build-up of the show. If you are using your own courier, make sure they can deliver on the build-up which is Friday 20th or Saturday 21st September. Deliveries outside of these dates will have to be completed by Exhibit 3Sixty Logistics as they will be able to accept your goods on your behalf and deliver them to your stand when required. Deliveries to exhibitions are unlike usual deliveries to a postal address and as such there can be problems with outside couriers finding stands. Delivery, Traffic & Parking Information

If you attending to make any deliveries to BETA International at NAEC Stoneleigh you will be required to display a vehicle pass in the windscreen of each vehicle. This will include the show name of the exhibition, your company name and stand number, and contact number of the driver should we need to get hold of them. A copy of the vehicle pass is available below. Please ensure to download, print and complete all details requested prior to arriving onsite.
