Sarah is 4* International Event Rider, BHS APC, Centre10 Advanced Coach, and a Level 3 British Eventing and Showjumping Coach currently completing her UKCC Level 4. With a coaching approach rooted in Applied Psychology for Equestrian Coaches, she supports riders at every level with both performance planning and mindset development. Sarah is a Coach for the Thoroughbred Aftercare Programme, part of the Howden Way.
