BETA International is delighted to welcome Space Studio and Events Specialists as the exhibitor goody bag sponsors for 2023.

 

Space Studio and Event Specialists are sister brands based in Coventry. Space Studios designs and prints exhibition graphics in-house, and Event Specialists provides the infrastructure needed for consumer and trade shows, from shell schemes to electrics. The company supplies this service for many events, including BETA International.

 

“We have worked with BETA International since 2021 and already support many exhibitors with their graphics, so we see the sponsorship as an opportunity to step up the service and introduce our new brandings,” said Rachel McGowan-Kemp, director of Event Specialists and Space Studio. “I’m also a passionate equestrian fan and horse owner myself and love the ties the industry has to beyond it including the countryside, rural and urban communities. The suppliers and supply chain that supports the sector are vital parts of this and exhibitions such as BETA International are a vital part of the continued evolvement of the sector.”

 

“It’s a pleasure to work with the team at Event Specialists and Space Studio,” said Claire Williams, executive director of BETA, the association that owns BETA International. “This will be the third year we will have worked with the team, and we’re delighted to see the company support and celebrate our exhibitors with sponsorship of the goody bags. We know how well these will be received and we can’t wait to see what treats are inside. Equally, we are looking forward to seeing the stands and graphics from Event Specialists and Space Studio during set up for BETA International. There’s something magical about watching large exhibition halls come to life with great graphics and good design.”

 

Each exhibitor will receive a goody bag from Space Studios and Event Specialists, but more than the contents (which remain a secret until the show), the bag has a story to tell too: “We’re making the bags ourselves,” said Rachel. “Each one is being stitched and printed in-house and is made of a non PVA based fabric on one side, and a recycled material created from materials salvaged from our company’s previous projects on the other. We wanted to use the opportunity to show exhibitors a bit of what’s on offer with us.”
