We encourage you to take some time to read each section of the manual which has been meticulously designed to encompass all aspects of exhibiting at the show. Our aim is to provide you with comprehensive information to ensure your preparations for the show are seamless and efficient. For your convenience we have divided the manual into sections to facilitate straightforward navigation. 

Please note that all exhibitors must complete the online Site Induction Form prior to arrival onsite. This proactive step will save time upon arrival.

Upon completion, you will receive a confirmation email. Please retain this email, as it must be presented to security upon your arrival at the hall. Security will issue your access wristband after verifying the confirmation.

Additionally, please forward the induction form link to any contractors working on your behalf and ensure they also complete it.

 

Please note that all exhibitors must complete the online Compulsory Form prior to arrival onsite.

All exhibitors need to log in to the Event Specialist Portal to order any additional stand orders and confirm the desired company name to be displayed on your stand fascia nameboard.   

You will need your stand type, stand number and stand size to enter. You choose your own password at this stage, so please make it a memorable one.

You will then see categories at the top of the page all designed to assist you should you wish to enhance your stand. To purchase items for your stand click on Your account & Stands, simply add products to your basket and checkout as if you were shopping online. Payment is by card only at checkout.
