With the New Product Showcase now officially open for entries, we’ve taken the opportunity to catch up with the 2025 New Product Award winners. Last year saw Plusvital’s Bone-Biome win the Feed, Supplements & Forage category, and crowned runner up in the Innovation category too.
At the 2025 show, you won the New Product Award for Feed, Supplements & Forage can you remind us about the product and why you entered the Showcase?
We were delighted to win the New Product Award for Feed, Supplements and Forage last year with our new to market breeding product, Bone-Biome. We entered the showcase to highlight what we believe is a top-quality breeding supplement at a prestigious event like BETA.
Did you find that people had seen your product on the Showcase and then came to the stand to see you and find out more about it?
We found the showcase area was a great way to display the product, with many customers then visiting our stand to gain a better understanding of Bone-Biome from our Chief Technical Officer, Rebecca Watson.
How did it feel to win the New Product Award in your category? Did you expect it?
We were delighted to win last year. We were up against some very stiff competition. We did expect the product to perform well, as it is formulated using the highest-quality ingredients and backed by extensive research.
What have the benefits been to you and your business? Have you used this accolade to give people more confidence in the product, for example?
We were able to promote the award across our social media channels and to our customers, highlighting that Bone-Biome had won against other high-quality products.
Will we be seeing you at this year’s BETA International? What can we expect to see from you think year?
Yes, you will see us at BETA International again this year, and we look forward to meeting even more people. We will also be showcasing new products, including our muscle supplement MyoMax EQ, which launched at the beginning of this year.
What advice would you give to companies thinking of entering the New Product Showcase and Awards?
BETA International is a great event to meet retailers from all over the world, offering excellent networking opportunities and inspiration for future events.
