The New Product Showcase is open for the 2026 event on 27 to 28 September. To celebrate last year’s winners and see how their businesses have grown since the event, we caught up with Polyjumps, the winner of the 2025 Bedding and Yard Equipment category…
Last year, you won the New Product Award for Bedding and Yard Equipment can you remind us about the product and why you entered the Showcase? The PolyJumps 4 Step Mounting Block is a sturdy and durable mounting block with built-in wheels and handle that enable the user to tilt and move the block to wherever they wish to mount. These are available in all PolyJumps standard colours and recycled black.
Did you find that people had seen your product on the Showcase and then came to the stand to see you and find out more about it? Yes definitely! But we also had people mentioned that they had seen articles about the win after the event. The PR had a lasting effect.
How did it feel to win the New Product Award in your category? Did you expect it? We design all of our products in-house so it was fantastic that it was judged by the industry to be award winning, and no, we did not expect it!
What have the benefits been to you and your business? The win gave us an additional marketing edge for this product and generated a lot of interest not just from our standard market area but from a wider market area.
What advice would you give to companies thinking of entering the New Product Showcase and Awards? Go for it - it’s easy to enter. Your video presentation doesn’t need to be highly polished, as long as it is authentic.
