Rheva is a patented wound protection plaster developed for minor equine cuts, grazes and abrasions, particularly on joints, limbs and other high-movement areas where conventional dressings can be difficult to secure. Its distinctive flexible mesh creates a protective gap over the injury, helping to prevent the plaster from sticking to or irritating healing tissue while shielding the area from dirt, flies and rubbing from rugs or equipment. Made from medical-grade TPE with a medical-grade acrylic adhesive, Rheva is breathable, water-resistant and designed to support a protected wound environment. Under normal conditions, it can remain in place for up to seven days, reducing the need for frequent dressing changes. Available in small (7 x 5 cm) and large (10 x 7 cm) sizes, Rheva gives horse owners and equine professionals a practical, easy-to-apply solution for protecting minor wounds, including those in challenging locations.
